- Job applicant information if you submit a Job Interest Card — name, email, phone, resume/attachments, and position(s) selected. This is shared with our HR/recruiting system to process your application.
- Website usage data via Google Analytics — pages visited, general location, device/browser type, and how you interact with the site.
- Mobile app usage data via Google Analytics for both our iOS and Android apps — the same kind of usage and device information as above, collected separately per app.
- Game save data (mobile apps only): if our app includes a game or rewards feature, we store a record tied to your device's unique device identifier so that your progress can be restored if you lose your data (e.g. new phone, reinstall, or app data cleared). This may include your device make and model, which we use only to correctly group and restore your save data to the right kind of device — not to identify you personally.
- Standard technical data such as IP address, browser/OS version, and error logs, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working correctly.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Take and fulfill your orders
- Respond to contact form submissions and job applications
- Restore your saved game progress on our mobile apps if it's lost
- Understand how people use our website and apps, so we can improve them (via Google Analytics)
- Keep our Service secure and address technical issues
- Send you information you've asked for (e.g. order confirmations, application confirmations)
